V2011 Multi-Di@g Access J2534 Problem and solution

After i activate the software of multi-diag j2534 v2011, i go on to use it. Then it give me this prompt: Unable to read from registry for pack reading. What is the problem?

This problem is caused by the software system. Please change another XP system to install the software.
