Foxwell GT80 PLUS Next Generation Diagnostic Platform Feedback
Got one Foxwell GT80 Plus to have a test in the past days, I am very happy with it thinking its worth every penny, so would like to share some test results here.
FYI, there are both Foxwell GT80 Plus and Foxwell GT80, they have same accessories, same function menu and same workable car models, the difference is GT80 PLUS is built in with battery and GT80 is at the half price.
Foxwell GT80 test OK:
Foxwell GT80 TPMS programming ok, but only program TPMS ECU to indentify new sensor.
Has oscilloscope feature and tools for sale in foxwellshop.com.
2010 BMW 335d reset Battery configuration ok (Foxwell NT4021 is ok too)
2003 Volvo S40 Air Bag code reading/reset ok
Be able to read/reset more than just the P codes.
ABS is nice to have
BMWs and Volvos reset service reminders ok, and other more brands ok.
Allow for changing settings such as "close window from key fob" ok
Cover OBD2, CAN, TPMS, AND SRS
Ferrari car model test ok
Built in with WIFI, and it can connect to the computer via the extra WIFI, then test the common Rail pressure and print data via the APP on the computer.
GT80 scanners use its unique cable not standard, my test cable and OBD adapter is lost (or maybe you get broken),contacted foxwellshop.com and Juliana sold me the new one to replace the ones that were lost, the main test cable price is 22.99USD free shipping by post service, the OBD2 Connector price is 12.99usd free shipping by post.
Usually GT80 is available with English + one local language, same function with different language. In this case, some people ask for switch language from one to another frequently, foxwelltech can help you to do although, it is not suggested to do like this because you will need to update before use.

More test results will be added in the following days.
