KESS V2 cannot work on truck models

When i  use this kess v2 to work on Polo TDI, i can use it successfully. But when i use it to work on models of Polo GTI, i cannot click the button "OK". What's wrong with this one? Here is the photo shown:

Reason: This car ECU Programmer KESS V2 cannot work on truck models. Please use it to work on cars.
