Fix FVDI 2015 software installing issue
Recently three FVDI 2015 diagnostic tool buyers have returned their devices because they could not get the FVDI softwares installed. OBDexpress technicians test the returned FVDI tools, noticed the FVDI hardwares are fine, and found out there are two reasons that would lead to the issue. The three customers said they tried to install the FVDI software Windows 7 32bit system, which according to the manufacturer, is compatible with the software. However, it failed to run the software in our technicians test, because the software needs some patches that the system does not have. When it comes to Windows XP system, they have no problem using the software. Another thing is an unstable network. If you fail to update FVDI firmware or get the software cannot connect to the server, as shown in the picture below, you may want to try a new network. One of our customers has successfully update FVDI firmware after changing several networks to a stable one
